About this position

The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing sales planning for the company and its main factory in the ASEAN and Oceania regions, including budget setting, sales analysis, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Sales planning for the company and main factory in ASEAN and Oceania regions (The company functions as a regional headquarters.
• Budget setting and control by products and countries
• Sales progress and market trend analysis
• On-time reporting related to Sales KPI
• Team management and sales affiliates management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related fields
• Fluency in English
• Required experience of business analysis, market research, budgeting skill in manufacturing company
• Logical thinking and innovative mind
• Advanced excel skill (Data analysis) and powerpoint skill (Making presentation to report top management
