About this position

The Quality Engineer (Auditor) position involves conducting quality audits in manufacturing processes, evaluating quality risks, and implementing improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Quality audit in Manufacturing process, evaluate the quality risk / the quality performance and take preventive improvement.
• Control the quality level by maintain and level up manufacturing to keep the standard and nonconforming product not pass through to the customer.
• Work with manufacturing and coordinate to all concern to resolve quality issue in a timely manner investigate root cause and implement corrective action and preventive action to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and approve for the New production line, New machine, and Process change in Manufacturing.
• Evaluate quality risk for products new model and analysis problem that occur to take preventive improvement.
• Work with manufacturing and coordinate to all concern to resolve quality issue in a timely manner investigate root cause and implement corrective action.
• Audit and approval for the products new model.
• Audit quality control system & process control of new & current suppliers.
• Evaluation of quality situation and risk assessment of supplier.
• Analysis & action quality problem from supplier part.
• Level up quality systems of suppliers by improvement activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Experience 1-3 years in Quality Engineering.
• Welcome new graduated.
• Skill or Knowledge: Communication skill, Positive attitude, Active person.
• Computer skill: Excel (Formula, Pivot, VBA), Power BI.
