HRD Officer
About this position
The HRD Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and managing work tasks to meet company targets, implementing learning strategies, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and manage the work task according to the target of company
• Implement and develop learning strategies and program that are aligned with the organization's objective
• Ensure that all training programs complying with legal, ethical and organizational standards
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, government agencies to ensure that work is successful plan
• Ad hoc tasks including ISO related activities and other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HRD, Education, Management Science or related field
• Good English speaking (Advantage)
• Have experience in Human Resources Development in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro & VDO Editing
