About this position

The HR Senior Officer (Engagement & PMS) is responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, collaborating with management to address engagement issues, facilitating communication, and providing guidance on performance management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engagement programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement
• Collaborate with management to identify the issues that may impact to employee engagement
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between employees and management as well as maintain positive work culture
• Monitor, advice, and give guidance on the performance management framework that are responsible to the company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or any related field.
• Fluency in English
• 3-7 years of experience in engagement, performance management system (PMS), or HR planning (Preferable)
