About this position

The ACs Regulation (Compliance) Expert is responsible for managing regulations and certifications for AC products globally and regionally, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with certification agencies.

Responsibilities

• Expert in Manage regulations and certifications for AC products globally and regionally.
• Ensure compliance with all AC product standards, especially in Asia-Oceania.
• Coordinate with certification agencies (e.g., Intertek, TUV) and government associations.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of AC products per regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance to support product development compliance.
• Oversea regulatory documentation and certification workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Experience in regulatory and certification management for ACs or related industries.
• Background in working with organizations like Intertek, TUV, or World Bank.
• Strong knowledge of AC product regulations and operational standards.
• Familiarity with Asia-Oceania compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in testing, evaluation, and certification processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with government/industry bodies.
• Proficient in project management and maintaining regulatory records.
