Responsibilities
• Coordinating and improving sales
• Maintaining inventory level effectiveness with sales
• Evaluating team technical sales target achievements
• Implementing effective marketing strategies focused on achieving sales targets
• Providing guidance and problem-solving related to sales achievements
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Coaching and evaluating subordinates' behavior and performance
• Developing company products or services
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals
• Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential customers
• Managing account services through quality checks and other follow-ups, identifying and resolving customer issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, or equivalent
• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in technical sales, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of MSG, Starch & Sweetener product applications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to lead and train sales teams
• Market Analysis: Adjusting approaches to align with trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies is crucial for Technical Sales Managers
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing technical knowledge to meet customer needs will strengthen client relationships, build trust, and loyalty for sustainable business growth
• Competitive Analysis: Identifying unique selling propositions through market trend analysis, product offerings, and competitor pricing strategies allows for sales tactic adjustments
• Able to work independently or in a team
• High integrity
