The Technical Sales Staff is responsible for the overall sales process, providing technical expertise and scientific knowledge about the company's products. They play a crucial role in helping customers make informed decisions about technical solutions.
Responsibilities
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Negotiating sales prices with customers.
• Implementing the strategic plan set by superiors to win the market.
• Increasing sales volume and value.
• Measuring customer satisfaction and taking corrective actions for customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining continuous good relationships with existing customers.
• Offering/selling products to potential new customers.
• Adapting the use of products and solutions to grow account volume and profitability.
• Providing general insights on marketing, pricing, and payment systems for customers.
• Being honest, responsible, having a good attitude, initiative, self-motivation, able to work under pressure with maximum results.
• Addressing customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in technical sales (preferably in the manufacturing sector in the food industry).
• Sufficient knowledge of the application of Amino Acid products.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• High integrity.
