About this position

The Staff IT Support position involves providing support to all leaders and employees in relation to IT support, maintaining and providing IT infrastructure at the Head Office, and handling administrative tasks related to IT licenses and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Support all leaders and employees in relation to IT Support (Network and System Troubleshoot, Internet Connection Troubleshoot, and Hardware & Software Troubleshoot)
• Support Maintenance and Provision of IT infrastructure at Head Office (Hardware, Software, Network, and System)
• Administration of VPN Head Office, IT Licenses (Operating System, Anti-Virus, SAP System, Microsoft Office System, etc).

Requirements

• Ability to repair Hardware, Software, Network, and System (Troubleshoot Hardware, Software, System, and Network)
• Understanding and proficiency in computer network system, VPN IPsec concept, Mikrotik network, and Firewall (Fortigate)
• Understanding of IT Security Concepts and Implementation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and possess a positive attitude
• Communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT (IT Support and/or IT Engineer)
• Proficiency in English (Oral and Written)
