CV Berlian Retail is looking for Personal Assistants to provide executive administrative assistance, manage diaries, and communicate with stakeholders at The Kecilung Kitchen & Resto in Surabaya.
Responsibilities
• Provide executive administrative assistance
• Manage diaries
• Perform clerical duties
• Communicate with stakeholders through multiple channels
• Work closely with the Senior Management team
• Ensure smooth operation of the business
Requirements
• Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in Diary Management
• Clerical skills including filing and data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office productivity software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
