Senior Marketing Executive
About this position
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve property sales and rental objectives, while developing systems to identify potential customers and maintaining effective relationships within the organization and with clients.
Responsibilities
• To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.
• To participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable, and sales targets are achieved.
• To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold / leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
• To accompany buyers / tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• To advise clients on market conditions, prices / rentals, legal requirements and related matters.
• To coordinate property closings and overseeing signing of documents.
• To prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, or closing statements.
• To become a “door opener” and identify new business opportunities.
• To penetrate and keep track of market activities.
• To develop relationship with occupiers with aim of securing appointment in the future.
• To liaise with the client’s representative for detail process and support in project administration.
• To conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
Requirements

• Strong business acumen.
• Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and MS Windows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development or related disciplines.
• Proven track record with 3 – 5 years’ experience, preferably in Valuations & Industrial Sales.
