About this position

We are looking for a smart Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high value and mission critical major projects. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.

Responsibilities

• HSE Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to data center construction activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company standards and policies.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Training: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols and procedures.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with a focus on data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience using scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.
• Bachelor’s and advanced degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore) and other relevant tools.
