Hr Director
About this position
The HR Director is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of human resources, collaborating with management, and implementing HR policies aligned with business strategy.
Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle of human resources both HRM, HRBP and Organization Development.
• Understand the business unit and corporate direction to be an important part of decision making.
• Collaborate with management level to accommodate performance management and organizational capability.
• Provide advice for workforce and organization changes.
• Analyze and drive cultural change and develop talent pipeline.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs based on business strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience of HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, OD or related fields.
• At least 15 years’ hands-on HR experience.
• Proven experience of Change Management practices.
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and presentation skills. (at least TOEIC Score 500)
