Freight Sales Executive
About this position
The Freight Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships by providing tailored solutions to meet their needs, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Hunt, develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions of their needs
• Handle airfreight, sea freight RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers
• Organize, update and keep records of customer and service information
• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by management team
• On-site and tele-sales approaching
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and keep good relationship with all related parties
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, international transportation or logistics
• Working experience of 1 year in Freight Sales Executive, Sea Freight or Air & Sea Freight is an advantage
• Moderate to excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good computer skills, especially in MS office
• Having a working experience in a related field will be an advantage
• Candidate must own a car and Willingness to travel upcountry
