The Legal & CA Officer position involves providing legal advice, performing contractual reviews, and preparing documentation for meetings.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice research on legal contract issue
• Perform contractual review and analysis
• Provide professional legal contractual construction
• Prepare notice minutes of Board of Directors and shareholder meeting
Requirements
Qualifications:
• New Graduate are welcome
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Master of Law in business law or relevant major is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill and service mind
• 1 years up for experience knowledge in corporate & commercial law and registration
• Experience in contract review and negotiation corporate meeting activities participation
• Computer literacy Microsoft office
• Flexible working hours
• Willing to work at Site and Bangkok
• Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 500)
