Laboratory Director
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily management and overall management of the laboratory in accordance with the company's policies and growth of the laboratory.
• Responsible for approving laboratory policy such as standard operating procedures (SOP), study plans, validation, variants and corrective actions, and various preventive actions of the laboratory.
• Control and analyze Lab manpower plans by coordinating with Admin and HR Dept. and other relevant departments.
• Prepare necessary reports for executives (Management Report)
• Responsible for preparing the annual budget of the laboratory.
• Responsible for the annual performance evaluation of laboratory staff.
• Responsible for planning and implementing career paths for lab employees.
• Cooperate with other section or department for smooth work.
• Other assignments assigned by the superiors.
Requirements
• Ph.D. Degree in Medical Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related fields.
• At least 10 Years experience in cell culture, medical technologist and laboratory management.
• Quality oriented individual with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Advance level of knowledge in regulatory and accreditation requirements (ISO, TFDA, AABB)
• Able to work independently without direct supervision and possesses excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good command in English.
