About this position
Responsibilities
• Work both individually and in a team of Sales professionals to achieve company goals and personnel target.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Develop good relations with old and present customer.
• Planning and delivering CRM activities across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Developing activities for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company product.
• Analyses and report in monthly, weekly of performance results to superiors.
• Other assignments assigned by the superiors.
Requirements
• Graduated bachelor degree or higher in Health sciences, Business Admin, Marketing, Nurse or related fields.
• At least 2 Years in tele sales and CRM background.
• Good skills in English and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible and Work Harding.
• Have a service mind.
• Not have military obligations.
