About this position

The Senior HR Supervisor/HR Supervisor is responsible for providing counsel and support on HR policy application, developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, managing performance assessments, and handling recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides counsel and support to manager/supervisor on issue of company/HR policy application, Human Resource needs and provides HR service to team member.
• Develop human resource, policies & procedures, rules & regulations in line with company strategies, and manage activities that create or reinforce a positive employee relations atmosphere.
• Works with operation to resolve employee relations issues. Investigates, counsels and assists in resolving disputes.
• Provide guidance on employment related issues (such as discrimination, diversity, harassment, corrective action and progressive discipline) to operations leadership.
• Ensure compliance the company’s practices in relation to human resources aspects and compliance with labor law and company rules and regulations and policies and procedures.
• Compensation and benefits programs: Ensure payroll preparation and all benefits are accurate and timely. Assist in resolving any payroll discrepancies and handle employees regarding the questions develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.
• Performance management assessment and training: manage performance management, talent assessment and development, leadership coaching, mentoring and cross-training and preparing training plan and budget.
• Manage recruitment and selection process, get requirements, job posting, primary interview, interview process for employment agreement and contract.
• Responsible for negotiable of offers with successful candidates and on-boarding new staffs.
• Employee relations & communication: responsible and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement, internal communication, company culture, company activities and other services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in human resource management, management, political science, law or related fields.
• At least 10 years experience in human resource management all functions (HRM, HRD, OD, KM and Learning Organization) in the manufacturing industry (Packaging industry will be advantage).
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws and regulations related to talent development and training.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives.
• Strengthen in data analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to be a good team player.
• Good Command in English.
