About this position

The Engineering Manager will supervise and control the engineering department's work, ensuring compliance with company policies and targets while managing engineering tasks to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the work of the engineering department follow the company’s policies and target.
• Manage and maintain engineering tasks including systems to increase efficiency in production lines and industrial.
• Supervise, control and joint the operating guidelines follow the standard system, Quality systems and requirements of the company and customers.
• Supervise and control follow FSSC system, ISO quality management system included improve & develop.
• Ensure that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
• Manage and control employees to comply with company regulations.
• Coordinate both of internal and external to achieve the target.
• Job assign by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Have experiences 10 years in Engineering management in manufacturing.
• English knowledge (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
• Good computer skills in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and internet.
• Logical thinking, leadership, interpersonal skills.
• Workforce planning skills, planning and project management skills.
• Have experience in packaging will be an advantage.
