About this position
The Customer Technical Service position involves providing technical support and training to customers in the beverage industry, focusing on improving processes and product performance.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical service for customer in beverage process including trouble shooting.
• Conduct training in double seam for customers.
• Identify the methodology to improve customer seaming process.
• Participate in production at bevcan to develop and improve product performance.
• Job assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• Experience of Technical service 3-5 years, have experience in packaging will be advantage.
• Command in English both of written and spoken.
• Computer skills in MS. Office and internet.
• Good service mind.
