About this position

The Payroll Staff is responsible for managing employee time attendance, calculating work hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and preparing payroll reports.

Responsibilities

• Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time attendance.
• Calculating employee work hours and overtime work hours.
• Control and ensure that employees work hours and overtime work hours are legal compliance and requirements.
• Enter new employee’s data into the company database.
• Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure salary/wages and tax comply with regulations.
• To prepare payroll reports.
• Job assigns by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll and payroll software program 3-5 years.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Data analysis skills.
• Ability to be a good team player.
• Good Command in English.
