Responsibilities
• Store Operator is responsible for fundamental tasks that are required to run the store in each E-commerce platform e.g. onboarding new brands, price upload, voucher setup, stock available maintenance, etc.
• Work closely with Commercial team to ensure that commercial deals are translated into effective operational execution.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, customer service to produce a positive customer journey through store execution.
• Daily monitoring of store metrics to ensure that stores are in the best condition and meet the KPIs.
• 40% working on Excel to extract data, computing, and reformatting.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong Excel skill is a must. [Excel formulas and features for data organization and analysis]
• Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee seller center is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with a desire to learn about new exciting tools and technologies.
• Intermediate level of English is required.
