Join CREA as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and enhance HR operations, particularly within the fast-paced eCommerce industry. This role is designed for professionals with significant experience in talent acquisition, strategic HR management, and a deep understanding of the unique demands of eCommerce across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership (80%):
• Spearhead the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to successful onboarding, tailored to meet the unique needs of the eCommerce industry.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber talent across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Finance, ensuring alignment with CREA’s growth objectives.
• Manage senior-level and high-volume recruitment, including specialized roles within the dynamic eCommerce sector.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support CREA’s expanding eCommerce operations, ensuring agility in meeting business demands.
• Analyze and refine recruitment processes using key metrics, ensuring an efficient and competitive hiring strategy.
HR & Strategic Administrative Management (20%):
• Oversee HR records and databases with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy while enhancing the use of HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on HR projects focused on talent development, succession planning, and employee retention, especially in eCommerce.
• Organize and lead HR events to foster employee engagement and align with the company’s strategic goals in the digital commerce space.
• Drive improvements in HR operations, contributing to the efficiency of the team and overall employee experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Over 4-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record in the eCommerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce dynamics, including the specialized talent required for roles in Operations, Marketing, and Technology.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions: VLOOKUP, PIVOT) and PowerPoint, with experience in creating recruitment analytics and reports.
• Bilingual fluency in Thai and English, with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
