Responsibilities
• Support Our MCs: Provide product knowledge, suggest talking points, and help with real-time viewer engagement.
• Live Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Keep track of product information, ensure accuracy, and provide quick solutions when needed.
• Track Success: Report on livestream performance metrics like viewership and engagement to help us keep improving.
• Be a Team Player: Contribute to various pre- and post-live tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Some experience in livestreaming or retail is a bonus, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during a live setting.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
