HR & Admin Officer
About this position
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Officer to support our human resources functions. This role is ideal for a vibrant individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for preparation and processing of VISAs, work permits and other immigration matters for expatriates.
• Provide administrative support in payroll processing and HR-related documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, training programs, and performance appraisals.
• Assist in managing and monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
• Help ensure HR activities are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor stock of stationery, IT equipment, canteen supplies, uniforms, other goods & services, etc.
• Ensure to comply with building management’s rule & regulation activities (events, renovations etc.).
• Participate in ad-hoc assignment, company events, tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, preferably in e-commerce or a startup setting.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both Thai and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
