About this position
The Digital Marketing Associate (TikTok) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new consumers and enhance engagement with existing ones, focusing on TikTok platforms.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new engaged consumers and to incentivize more purchase from existing consumers.
• Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities focusing TikTok live streaming, short videos, product cards and affiliate marketing ads.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Budget management and maximize ROI on marketing spend.
• Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B test to identify the optimal solutions.
• Develop and monitor metrics, and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from undergraduate institution.
• Digital marketing experience is required.
• At least 0-3 years of experience, preferably in either ecommerce.
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• English communication skills (both oral and written) are a must.
• Mastery of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred, as well as an agility with web-based software applications and internally developed systems.
