Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager

The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager will supervise the recruitment team to ensure effective hiring processes and organizational goals are met.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the recruitment team to ensure recruitment efforts meet organizational goals which include quality of hires; time to fill and cost per hire.
• Perform to review candidate profile, interview and follow recruitment process.
• Implement Recruitment Strategies to quickly fulfil job vacancies.
• Analyze recruitment trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Update recruitment database & organization, record recruitment tracking activities and provide recruitment reports.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Performing various HR and ISO administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Supervise the performance of the Recruitment Team as directed by Management.
• Counselling staff on Company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Manage and update new hires, transfers, resigns/terminate tracking input data in the system.
• Ensure that all Recruitment works conforming to Management Systems (IMS), including QMS, EMS, and OHSMS audit standard.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources especially for Recruitment function (Permanent and temporary daily contract) of Oil & Gas, Industrial and Petrochemical business.
• Excellent written and spoken English with Thai language an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of any law and legal concerned with Human Resources function.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Able to convey to all levels in the organization, understand and follow the complex processes.
• Self-motivation, Proactive mindset and have “Can Do” attitude.
