Employer Branding Manager
About this position
The Employer Branding and University Partnership position involves managing projects and activities to enhance the company's employer branding and recruitment strategy, while building relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex projects and activities with both internal and external stakeholders/institutes to support company's employer branding and recruiting strategy
• Strategize and build the company’s professional network through relationships with professors, university officers and government agencies, to create deep relationship and implement sourcing method comprehensively, rapidly and effectively.
• Responsible for the recruitment and implementation of CPF’s Intern Camp.
• Responsible for stakeholders and team to ensure timely execution of recruitment projects; Employer Branding, Open House, Mass Recruitment, Internship & University Partnership program, key stakeholders have sufficient support and guidance to ensure each project is a success.
Requirements
• Experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Project management, Transformation or/and Consulting Advisory
• Intensive experience in HRM HRD and HR solution development or/and change management
• Project management experiences and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
• Able to work independently with related parties
