About this position
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement Career Path and Career Development programs to support the growth and skill development of employees within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Career Path and Career Development programs for employees
• Assess and analyze employee skill development needs
• Create and update competency models to support employee skill development
• Provide counseling and guidance to employees on career paths and skill development
• Support the implementation of plans in collaboration with the performance management team to ensure the success of performance management and career planning division goals.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure career development programs align with organizational goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in career development, human resources management, or organizational development
• Experience in competency modeling or employee skill development is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
