New Channel Strategy Supervisor
About this position
The New Channel Strategy Supervisor is responsible for the development, design, sales strategy, and operations of Coway Stores, ensuring effective management and performance of the retail channels.
Responsibilities
• Development and opening of Coway Store
• Coway Store opened
• Coway Store entry site selection and investment feasibility analysis (profit and loss review, etc.)
• Renewal and closure of underperforming stores
• BEREX store interior/exterior design planning (space zoning, VMD, etc.)
• Coway Store space planning
• Coway Store construction and design supervision
• Store VMD and sign planning
• Existing store renewal planning
• External agency collaboration and management
• Coway Store store sales strategy and planning
• Establishment of business plan
• Establishment of KPI and management of key indicators (sales, sales, profit and loss, etc.)
• Establishment of marketing/sales strategy utilizing Coway Store
• Channel synergy strategy planning from a company-wide perspective
• Sales synergy strategy planning between existing sales (network, online, etc.) channels and store channels
• Coway Store operations and personnel
• Coway Store operation management (roundings and coaching for underperforming stores, etc.)
• Coway Store order management
• Coway Store human resources management (recruitment and training/placement)
• Coway Store employee salary management (incentives, etc. compensation)
Requirements
• More than 3 years of experience working in the development store team of a major distribution company
• Professional experience in store development and operation at major distribution companies.
