Retail Operations Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• To lead and drive the assigned doors' sales performance to achieve their business objectives
• Evaluate Sales Trend and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gap.
• Identify business opportunities of different doors and drive for actions to maximize selling opportunity.
• Consolidate customer’s responses and insights and feedback to brand team members. Initiate actions to drive sales
• Coordinate with teams on promotions and events
• Guarantee brand image. Monitor each door's quality and merchandising. Suggest any improvements needed to Retail Design team
• Ensure stock level of different axis is sufficient to achieve sales target.
• Manage Slow Move items and aging stocks.
• Recruit Beauty Advisor and monitor new BA integration.
• Coach, motivate and develop counter/beauty advisor. Take corrective measures to strengthen their performances (KPIs). Work closely with Training manager and to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain responsible doors' budget
• Lead and oversee the office sales team in sales & operations to achieve the desired objectives
