About this position
Coty is seeking a Beauty Facialist to provide luxury personalized services to clients, embodying the brand's values and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
• You are the ambassador of Orveda.
• You elevate Orveda through the retail evolution & client experience elevation.
• You transmit Orveda’s DNA, uniqueness, and know-how to clients.
• You ensure the development of boutique's sales while guaranteeing the excellence of client experience.
Spa expertise
• Take ownership of the Spa, embody brand identity guidelines and ensure the perfect image of the Spa in terms of ambiance, atmosphere, visual merchandising execution & maintenance and general harmony of the Spa.
• Create an extraordinary treatment experience for each one of our clients by performing the Orveda Spa rituals.
• Be an “aesthetic virtuoso”: offer clients pioneering and highly technical treatment and massage methods and techniques.
• Ensure that the welcome ritual is followed precisely, that the cabin is prepared, and that the diagnosis, treatment, service rituals and client follow-up are all performed perfectly.
• Customize the treatments with an in-depth skin diagnosis and demonstrate an advanced Spa knowledge & expertise: knowledge of the skin, muscles, ageing process, global approach to beauty and well-being etc.
Brand image
• Always ensure an elevated brand image: signature facialist protocol, Spa esthetics, cabin & grooming standard, services & client experience.
• Guarantor of brand expertise, corporate values with the ability to transmit by a unique multi-sensorial Spa journey & storytelling.
• Embody the values of the brand and encourage and develop “one-team” spirit with hospitality and generosity.
Retail expertise
• Ensure the achievement and monitoring of the sales objectives / post-Spa conversion both individually and collectively.
• Willing to go beyond the target and Spa business growth by cross-selling and upselling actions.
• Achieve sales and rebooking objectives and build a lasting relationship with clients, secure their loyalty and retention.
• Appropriate brand’s retail commitment, practice signature selling ceremony and “client-centric” approach in a pragmatic & authentic way.
Client experience
• Actively put the client experience at the heart of all actions by giving clients a unique Spa experience by creating a sincere bond.
• Develop a regular Spa clientele base of local and international clienteles by using the CRM tools and means: preparing and anticipating tomorrow's wellness needs.
• Cultivate solid clienteling mindset & action, optimize daily CRM practice with new clients’ recruitment and client loyalty retaining as the top priority.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of successful track record in a similar role within Luxury Spa/ Beauty industry.
