About this position
The Business Development Manager at Coty is responsible for kickstarting the Consumer Beauty business in Thailand, working with existing distributors to grow the Body care and Fragrance businesses.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all Consumer Beauty commercial targets and profitability.
• Accelerate Coty’s Fragrance business in Thailand to capture white spaces.
• Maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers for body care and fragrance.
• Drive negotiations for trade plans and budget planning.
• Ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Gather market intelligence for new business evaluation.
• Observe corporate and brand guidelines.
• Submit business reports and plans on time.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Sales/Key Account and Marketing for FMCG/Beauty industries.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, flexible, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with planning and multi-tasking ability.
