Beauty Advisor position at Coty, responsible for offering luxury personalized services to clients, ensuring boutique sales development, and maintaining brand image.
Responsibilities
• You are the ambassador of Orveda.
• You elevate Orveda through the retail evolution & client experience elevation.
• You transmit Orveda’s DNA, uniqueness, and know-how to clients.
• You ensure the development of boutique's sales while guaranteeing the excellence of client experience.
• Always ensure an elevated brand image: signature grooming standard, visual merchandising (pos & animations), services & client experience.
• Guarantor of brand expertise, corporate values with the ability to transmit by a perfect storytelling.
• Embody the values of the brand and encourage and develop “one-team” spirit with hospitality and generosity.
• Take ownership of the POS / the Maison, embody retail identity guidelines and ensure the perfect image of the POS / the Maison in terms of visual merchandising execution & maintenance and general harmony of the POS.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and respect pos daily procedures: cash desk, stock, testers etc.
• Appropriate brand’s retail commitment, practice signature selling ceremony and “client-centric” approach in a pragmatic & authentic way.
• Ensure the achievement and monitoring of the sales objectives both individually and collectively.
• Willing to go beyond the target and pos growth by cross-selling and upselling actions.
• Attend & participate actively in all class/virtual trainings across all axis and soft skills.
• Ensure a proactive communication with store manager regarding pos daily activities.
• Actively put the client experience at the heart of all actions by giving clients a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: warm welcome & proactive connection, by embodying the signature brand attitude.
• Develop a regular clientele and develop local and international clientele by using the CRM tools and means at your disposal: preparing and anticipating tomorrow's needs, inserting, clienteling, phoning, animations.
• Cultivate solid clienteling mindset & action, optimize daily CRM practice with new clients recruitment and client loyalty retaining as the top priority.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of successful track record in the luxury retail industry.
• Past luxury or perfume & cosmetics or travel retail experience is a plus.
• Innate sense of client experience and taste for challenges and sales.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity, open-mindedness, dynamism & agility, are key strengths to achieve excellence in the role.
• Solid knowledge of the state of Retail in the Luxury & beauty world, as well as client experience is a plus.
• Thai Local language + Fluent English is mandatory.
