About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing social media content strategies to increase an online presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Support the planning and execution of PR events, including product launches and skincare workshops to generate buzz and increase brand awareness.
• Explore and identify skincare influencers and experts for potential collaborations to amplify our brand messaging and reach skincare enthusiasts.
• Contribute creative ideas for innovative marketing campaigns and activations that resonate to our target audience and attract new customers.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to develop gift with purchase, creative mailers, marketing and promotional materials that are engaging, creative and educational.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth while focusing on the brand principle and belief.
• Monitor and report on the performance of PR & marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and willingness to learn.
• Previous marketing or relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Open mind to work with dynamics organization.
• Resilient, flexible and adapts to new challenges.
• Passionate in skincare, enthusiasm.
