The ERP Sales Representative will play a key role in driving company’s growth by actively engaging in B2B sales and expanding its market presence. We are seeking passionate and motivated sales professionals at junior, senior, and manager levels who thrive in a dynamic environment. This role involves delivering value-driven ERP solutions across various industries, building strong client relationships, and aligning sales strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in ERP sales and a proven ability to adapt to diverse client needs. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across various industries.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to support clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
For senior/manager roles: Lead a sales team, provide coaching, and contribute to strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Junior: Experience in sales, preferably ERP or software solutions.
Senior/Manager: Extensive years of experience in ERP sales or similar industry; proficiency in English is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and configurations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with B2B sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Active and energetic, with a passion for selling.
Additional Requirements (for Senior/Manager):
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them effectively.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and large client portfolios.
