HR Supervisor (Compensation & Benefit)
About this position
C&B supervisor’s responsibility is to lead C&B team to implement company C&B strategy, policy and procedure, complete daily jobs, such as prepare month salary report, deal with the social insurance and housing fund, pay individual income tax and make relevant data report.
Responsibilities
• Lead C&B team to implement company C&B strategy, policy and procedure, continuously revise and perfect relative C&B policy and procedure as request.
• Lead team to prepare monthly salary report, resigned employee’s salary report and other analysis report.
• Lead team to pay social insurance and housing fund, individual income tax for employees on time.
• Manage employee’s employment contract and personnel file.
• Be responsible for maintaining K3 system and OA system.
• Share C&B policy and procedure during orientation training if necessary.
• Provide assistant for annual performance review, prepare merit increase summary report.
• Accomplish another task from superior.
Requirements
• College’s Degree
• 5 years’ experience in C&B field of medium-sized foreign company-1,000 up
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Have good implementation and communication ability.
• Familiar with C&B management and operation procedure.
• Familiar with E-HR system. Experience in B-Plus, SAP will be advantageous
• Familiar with MS office, expert with Excel.
• Familiar with Thailand labor laws and regulations.
