A cosmetics Research & Innovation (R&I) focused cosmetics subcontract manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia, from Korea. PT. COSMAX Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of South Korea’s cosmetics company, COSMAX KOREA, original development manufacturing (ODM) & original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Running since 2012 in Indonesia, PT. COSMAX Indonesia has created and produced some existing cosmetic products for the Indonesian market such as Gel, Liquid, Cream, semi liquid, Solid and Powder.

About this position

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Trade Marketing Officer to help grow their cosmetic business in the market. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field, at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial/trade marketing, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Ms. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objective
• Develop also maintain mutually beneficail partnership with principals, distributors
• Work with cross functional teams in identification of new business opportunities
• Develop effective sales and marketing collaterals (sales kits, detailing aids, brochures)
• Work closely with the sales teams to drives, launch new products, area, distributor
• Work with cross functional teams on marketing plan, product launches, and promotional activities
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns, promotions
• Prepare monthly performance report

Requirements

• Bachelor in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management or related
• At least 3-5 years of commercial/trade marketing experience specially in cosmetic, health supplements, pharmaceutical industries
• Have strong data analysis & processing skill
• Experience using advanced Ms. Excel (pivot, Hlookup, VLookup, other)
• Familiar to supervise the implementation of program Trade Marketing
• Good communication skills
• Able to work with different people and with many divisions
• Willing to work in Gedung Cibis Nine, Jl. TB Simatupang, South Jakarta
• Willing to attend interview offline in South & East Jakarta)
