A cosmetics Research & Innovation (R&I) focused cosmetics subcontract manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia, from Korea. PT. COSMAX Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of South Korea’s cosmetics company, COSMAX KOREA, original development manufacturing (ODM) & original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Running since 2012 in Indonesia, PT. COSMAX Indonesia has created and produced some existing cosmetic products for the Indonesian market such as Gel, Liquid, Cream, semi liquid, Solid and Powder.

About this position

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Supervisor IT with experience in cosmetic, pharmaceuticals, FMCG manufacture/industry. The candidate should have strong technical skills and be familiar with IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Align IT security policies, procedures and standards and ensure organizational compliance.
• Actively manage vendor/ outsource systems that contain critical information.
• Work with Regional teams to support and measure the performance Global applications like iERP, Salesforce, etc.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in manufacture industry.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Formulating, managing also evaluating the operations of information systems (software and applications) and the supports (hardware).
• Routine report by weekly also monthly to Manager IT in Indonesia and South Korea.

Requirements

• Min S1 Technique/System Information, Technique Computer.
• Experience between 6-7 years as Supervisor IT in cosmetic, pharmaceuticals, FMCG manufacture/industry.
• Experience & familiar with 365.
• Have experience in Project Management Process, Programming Language, iERP, SAP systems, IT Infrastructure, Mycrotic configuration.
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
• Understanding and can applicate for Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
• Familiar with Network, Software.
• Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership.
• Willing to attend offline interview & work at Ciracas, East Jakarta.
