A cosmetics Research & Innovation (R&I) focused cosmetics subcontract manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia, from Korea. PT. COSMAX Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of South Korea’s cosmetics company, COSMAX KOREA, original development manufacturing (ODM) & original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Running since 2012 in Indonesia, PT. COSMAX Indonesia has created and produced some existing cosmetic products for the Indonesian market such as Gel, Liquid, Cream, semi liquid, Solid and Powder.

About this position

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Supervisor Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and improving systems, analyzing costs, and preparing performance reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Create, improve the system regarding the flow process of pricing requests until its final approval.
• Calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all products within the portfolio.
• Analyze, review cost components, including raw materials, PKG Material, CC costs to ensure precision in calculations.
• Monitor, maintain Contribution Margin (CM) & Operating Income (OI) for all products.
• Analyzing sales revenue, associated costs, Identify areas for improvement in cost-efficiency to enhance overall profit margins.
• Collaborate on developing cost-effective strategies to align pricing structures with client expectations.
• Prepare, generate periodic performance reports for management including gather relevant data from various sources within the organization, including sales, finance, operations, marketing.
• Organize, maintain a centralized repository for meeting-related data, ensuring easy accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Make a report every month regarding the price calculation process for New Product Development (NPD) which will later be presented to the marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Financial Analyst, Business Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting or related field.
• Have minimum 8-9 years of work experience in Financial Analyst preferably from cosmetics industry or manufacture.
• Only CV in English will be processed.
• Strong in data analytical thinking.
• Experience using MS. Excel (pivot, hlookup, vlookup).
• Must be good and active in English.
• Good in communication with internal staffs.
• Interested in local and global circumstances.
• Willing to work in Gedung Cibis Nine, 18th Floor, South Jakarta.
• Willing to interview offline in South Jakarta & East Jakarta
