A cosmetics Research & Innovation (R&I) focused cosmetics subcontract manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia, from Korea. PT. COSMAX Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of South Korea’s cosmetics company, COSMAX KOREA, original development manufacturing (ODM) & original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Running since 2012 in Indonesia, PT. COSMAX Indonesia has created and produced some existing cosmetic products for the Indonesian market such as Gel, Liquid, Cream, semi liquid, Solid and Powder.

About this position

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is looking for two Staff Export Import to join their team in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of S1 degree, 2 years of experience in the cosmetic or pharmacy industry, and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with forwarder agent to shipment
• Support purchasing, logistic for the realization of imported material arrival
• Conduct the pricing negotiation
• Realization of payment for export import shipping cost
• Ensure the goods in Delivery in accordance with the order and to the right time
• Cooperation, communicate effectively with related department
• Support Marketing for the realization of export product dispatch

Requirements

• Min. S1 preferably from Management Transportation or related
• Experience 2 years as Staff Export Import in cosmetic, pharmacy industry (Overseas)
• Experience 1 year as buyer importer from South Korea is a value
• Experience to handling 80 shipments import from Overseas (China & South Korea)
• Fresh graduates from Management Transportation with GPA min 3,3
• Basic knowledge of export import for fresh graduates is a value
• Communicative, good negotiator, detailed person & good stress tolerance
• Willing to learn, fast learner & smart
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
• Willing to attend interview offline in Ciracas, East Jakarta
• Willing to work at Jalan Raya Bogor Km 26,4, Ciracas. Jakarta Timur
