A cosmetics Research & Innovation (R&I) focused cosmetics subcontract manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia, from Korea. PT. COSMAX Indonesia is one of the subsidiaries of South Korea’s cosmetics company, COSMAX KOREA, original development manufacturing (ODM) & original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Running since 2012 in Indonesia, PT. COSMAX Indonesia has created and produced some existing cosmetic products for the Indonesian market such as Gel, Liquid, Cream, semi liquid, Solid and Powder.

About this position

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is seeking an energetic, creative individual with a passion for cosmetics to join as STAFF DESIGN GRAPHIC KKI. The company aims to be the number one toll manufacturing cosmetic in East Asia by 2025 and has expanded into online and offline product cosmetics and health supplements.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare and optimize files for various output, including print production and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on all design materials to ensure accuracy and high standards.
• Pay close attention to the finer details such as color accuracy, typography, and overall visual balance.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, Design Graphic or related.
• Experience as Design Graphic min 2-3 years in cosmetic/fashion/lifestyle e-commerce company.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral (it’s a must).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Corel Draw, InDesign. Familiar with AutoCad, Solidworks.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in JL. TB Simatupang No.2, Cilandak, South Jakarta.
