Learning & Development Specialist
About this position
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing organizational development strategies aligned with company goals, conducting training needs analysis, and coordinating training programs.
Responsibilities
• Developing, implementing OD (Organization Development) strategies that are aligned with organizational goals
• Develop, review competency dictionary, conduct workload analyst
• Prepared, presentation report by excel, pivot, dashboard
• Identifying, organizing, conducting training by evaluating company needs (strength & weakness)
• Develop training need analysis and creating the modules
• Plan, implemented, executed Training Yearly plan (internal, external training)
• Coordinating with training vendors if needed
Requirements
• Min education is Bachelor from Human Resources Management, Psychology or related
• Experience 5 years in People Development Process (Training, others)
• Able to develop TNA (Training Need Analysis)
• Excellent reporting using MS.Excell (Pivot, Dashboard)
• Have strong business passion in manufacturing business
• Have a growth mindset, good adaptability in fast paced environment
• Able using Ms Power Point, Canva or others design to make training materi is plus point
• Active in English is value plus
• Willing to work in Ciracas, East Jakarta
