Responsibilities

• Machine repair, Change over
• Machines set up and adjustments when assembled parts were rejected cause by machines improver setting
• Conducting machines PM
• Cooperate to review and investigate scrap cause
• Support manufacturing engineering all process evaluation and process improvement
• Machines warming up before starting production
• Machine parameters monitoring and maintain
• Conduct at least one project to improve equipments efficiency, increase productivity, reduce cost or reduce downtime
• Maintenance plant standard such as ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18001 and PTF
• Continuous improve 5S and safety
