About this position

Convergint is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Security business in Thailand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Security sector within key verticals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects to achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, facility managers, project managers) to understand their Security needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals for Security services and products.
• Work with the management to set quarterly and annual sales targets and create action plans to meet those targets.
• Ensure that solutions meet the client's business needs, compliance requirements, and budget constraints.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth in security services.
• Work closely with internal departments including Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in project kick-offs and regular reviews to monitor the progress and quality of AV implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Security or related technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in the Security market.
• Strong knowledge of Security technologies and solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
