About this position

The Communication and Academic Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing communication efforts, and supporting the development of training programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Coordinate local initiatives with regional and global marketing and communication teams for consistent strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the local website and social media profiles.
• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify learning requirements specific to Thailand.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with global and local business objectives and create a culture of continuous development.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and initiatives.
• Work closely with business development/expert teams to identify new opportunities for learning and development that align with regional goals.
• Maintain accurate training records for both regional and local reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a learning and development environment and or communications role.
• Preferred knowledge of adult learning principles and theories, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in working with diverse cultures.
