About this position
ตำแหน่ง Shift Leader จะรับผิดชอบในการดูแลสภาพการทำงานและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของ Continental รวมถึงการสนับสนุนความต้องการในการผลิตและการจัดการพนักงานผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนทุกวัน.
Responsibilities
• Safety working conditions and environment.
• Quality of product conforming with Continental standards.
• Support the production demand.
• Comply with safety regulations to perform any operation.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the production area.
• Report to the Production Manager.
• Manage production employees to produce products in planning every day.
Requirements
• Education Background: High vocational with or any related field.
• Work experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing processes.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities, with a flexible approach to meet business demands.
