About this position

The Distribution Operator is responsible for managing outbound warehouse distribution and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintaining accurate documentation for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound warehouse distribution, outbound warehouse related systems.
• Follow the internal ESH work instruction in the daily work.
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.
• Track and manage export entry which is status 0409 from forwarders at the right time and storage document set both pdf file and original with index file for neat ordering and easy to search.
• Print and store invoice and packing list for all shipments both pdf file and original with index file for neat ordering and easy to search.
• Download loading list from eLiSA system and share to forwarders in the right time by daily basis to process shipping instruction.
• Maintain overall outbound documentary control in well manage.
• Verify and correct bill of lading (B/L) and Form Certificate Of Origin to complete on time.
• Perform Goods Issue to maintain stock accuracy (PGI) in eLiSA systems after complete loading.
• Issue invoice and packing list via SAP after complete loading and send documents to freight forwarder.
• Make an outbound report by filling export entry no, invoice no, su no into excel file based on shipments basis with efficiency.
• Submit tire production and export tire data into TISI system (Thai Industrial Standards Institute) including record internal report for tracking and monitoring.
• Coordination with related functions for outbound distribution cooperation.
• 5S management support of outbound warehouse area.

Requirements

• High vocational.
• Certificate 1-year experience in related field. Direct experience of export shipment documentation would be a plus.
