About this position

ตำแหน่ง Visual Inspection Operator มีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และการดำเนินงานในกระบวนการผลิต โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้

Responsibilities

• Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Operate Visual inspection machine according to production requirements to avoid unqualified products
• Upon finding any operation behavior against production operation specifications, immediately stop it and report to shift leader
• Carry out corrections for production process to meet operation specifications
• Upon finding equipment failure, immediately report to shift leader for speed recovery to ensure normal operation of equipment

Requirements

• Visual inspection tires which meet the quality standard
• Skillfully operate in Visual inspection area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
• Utilize given resources worthily
• Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development
• High vocational certificate with or any related field
• 0 - 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing
• 0 - 2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field is advantage
