Constant Energy is a rooftop solar power project developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). We have been running solar plants in SE Asia since 2012. We develop, design, finance, build, and own large solar rooftop power plants through the support of Feed-in-Tarrif and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements to provide the most advantageous commercial solar rooftop solutions to large businesses. We operate in Asia with a primary focus on Southeast Asia. Our team is specialized and experienced with all expertise available in-house.

About this position

The Employee is responsible for the following roles in Constant Energy in Thailand but can be extended to other countries as well.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:
• Implement HSSE policy, ESMS requirements and local regulations for all projects.
• Perform the risk assessment, environmental aspect identification to reduce work process risks.
• Perform the contractor safety management.
• Carry out routine site visits, HSSE coordination meetings with all contractors, participate in routine coordination meetings with construction as well as O&M team.
• Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.
• Actively participate in HSSE audits, training, and incident investigations.
• Manage emergency response plan and business continuity plan.
• Communicate HSE information and best practice to contractor and instructed HSE issues to be followed up.
• Perform safety tasks or other duties as assigned.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the managing director of the Company.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in occupational health and safety and/or Safety Engineer or related field.
• Certificated in Safety Officer at the professional level.
• 3-5 years of experience in the safety field from construction or solar energy industry firm.
• Good command of English to communicate effectively and present clearly in verbal and written English.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Good active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Proactive, highly self-motivated, positive attitude.
