UX/UI Designer / Hybrid Working
About this position
The UX/UI Designer position involves conducting UX research, leading design processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective and user-centered designs while advocating for accessibility and maintaining design systems.
Responsibilities
• Research and analyze from industry trend specializing human resources management, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and implement them into Conicle’s design works
• Collaboration with business and stakeholders, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs and motivations, translating insights into actionable design recommendations
• Be a full stack designer by leading the end-to-end UX design process from user research, concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing and by leading through demonstration and a commitment to execution excellence to stakeholders
• Strategize and Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate designs based on the insights
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Ensure high-quality, visually cohesive designs across your product area
• Evaluate UI performance in the production stage
• Manage and maintain globally shared components to maximize efficiency and consistency through the Conicle's design system
• Develop and uphold high-level design patterns, UI kits and guidelines. Balance product needs, technical feasibility and user behaviors to build a scalable and effective system
• Enhance and maintain the Conicle design system
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features to be product roadmap based on customer needs & business objectives
• Collaborate with visual designers to ensure consistent and appealing designs that align with Conicle’s brand identity
• Partner with engineers and QA teams in agile scrum processes to implement the products including support and annotated design specs, CSS specs and UI prototypes as needed
• Present work, and articulate design decisions, to executives and other stakeholders
• Support recruiting processes, reaching out to potential candidates, taking part in interviews
• Lead design projects from inception through development and gain buy-in from internal team
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Drive the creation of immersive, enlightening experiences to help our designers learn about themselves and make progress towards their goals
Requirements
• For Executive level: 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• For Senior level: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio in B2B, CMS, or SaaS projects
• Expertise in applying design principles and methodologies
• Skilled in creating designs for responsive websites and mobile apps
• Familiar with Agile processes and working in cross-functional teams
• Proficient in user-centered design practices
• Ability to connect design work to business objectives
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and get stakeholder support
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers
• Curious and eager to push design boundaries
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
